Rick and Faye have been homeowners on Seneca Lake since 1988. When the stairs to their dock began to rot after years of use, Rick and Faye sought a safer solution to traverse the 35 ft. cliff edge.

"We thought there was no chance we could get this angle," Rick said.

Their new FLX tram runs on a 180 ft. track down to the water, providing reliable passage to their dock – often with their five grandchildren, who love taking it for a ride.

Terry has been living on Keuka Lake for twenty-five years. Since her husband’s passing, the stairs from the roadside entrance down to the deck remained unfinished, hindering the social lifestyle she wished to enjoy.

An FLX Tram fulfilled this wish.

“I love sharing my space,” Terry shared. “Who would want to be alone in a beautiful place like this?” Terry also uses the tram for practical reasons, such as carrying groceries and reaching the garden tucked in the side yard. The newfound accessibility was worth it. “It’s the gift that keeps on giving,” she said.
